Supplemented with folic acid
Can’t really review the product as I am returning it. I’m returning it because it’s supplemented folic acid. I was not expecting supplementation as all the Italian made pasta I’ve bought is free of supplementation.Now that I look at the photos, the ingredient list is provided. I’ve been looking for this kind of pasta for a while for pasta fagioli. I’m sorry that they choose to put an artificial form of folate into their pasta. It’s actually harmful for a lot of people.

Bag came ripped, no way to resolve
One of the bags arrived ripped, and there’s no way to request a replacement. Had to throw it away, will be going with another brand next time.
