So glad I found this product. Takes care of restless legs discomfort. Applies easily with a light spray. I spray several times up and down legs once or twice a night. Doesn’t cause itchiness or burning. Highly recommend.

This is absolutely the BEST magnesium supplement I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot of them over the years, everything from capsules, to baths, to sprays. I couldn't notice anything happening with capsules. Not every place I've lived has had bathtubs, and I have no desire to sit in a bathtub in hot weather. I had tried another spray magnesium, but my skin felt so sticky that I discontinued using it. This, however, is so easy to spray on, it is not sticky at all, and best of all, it works! I'm sleeping better than I have in years and it's easier to fall back asleep in the middle of the night. I rarely get leg and foot cramps since starting this. And, I have a deeper sense of peace and calm inside than previously, which I didn't think was possible because I'm a genuinely easy going person most of the time. I love this magnesium spray, it's so easy to use and it works.

I have been buying activation products magnesium from their website for over ten years and I love it. This is my first time buying from Amazon and the bottle leaks really bad when spraying it. It also doesn’t seem to work as well, I’m not sure if it’s the real thing or not.

This is the magnesium spray you want if you have trouble sleeping. Just spray about 30 sprays on abdomen, arms n legs n rub in. Best sleep ever

I’ve experienced Chronic Pain, gnawing, deep pain since breaking my back in 83. I’ve experienced several traumas I was hit by a car at age 7 with a compound fracture of my hip and several ribs. I was hit again at age 13 in a sledding accident, hurting my neck. Then in 83 at age 22 I crashed a hang glider breaking my back and compressing my cervical spine.I’ve had 3 back surgeries ending up with 4 levels fused with plates & screws in 2000. I also had a failed neck surgery with 2 levels fused plates and screws. I woke up in more pain than before the operation. I had to close the photo studio my wife & I owned & operated successfully for 15 years. The pain & insomnia was too much. Despite being on narcotic pain meds and trying every possible type of pain management there are times I’m in agonizing pain. I have a new reason to get better, our first grandchild who I adore and he loves his Pop Pop. So my daughter gave me a bottle of this to try.For me It Worked! Somehow it calms down my pain from a level of say 8 to a bearable 3 or better. If I can reach the area I spray the “Ease” on the effected area or on my hand if I can’t reach to spray it, and massage it into my skin. I don’t use a large amount, just enough to make the area wet, and then rub it in. The largest problem are areas where I can’t reach. Then my wife or mother in law is needed to spray and massage the area.It only takes a few minutes to work and it last for up to a couple of hours. Enough to allow me to get to sleep, play with my grandson, sit & watch TV, or drive. I use it for areas of muscle pain, nerve pain, leg cramps, sciatica, and arthritis. BTW I’m now 57 and otherwise healthy. I’m currently about 70% through my 2nd bottle.My daughter asked for a bottle as part of her Christmas gift. It is one of the very few over the counter, non prescription remedies that has helped. The others are Ice Packs, we keep 12 gelled ice packs in our freezers, I use several a night when pain is bad. Also a hand held percussion massager, compression socks, a back brace, and a therapeutic medical massage.I highly recommend you give this a try for your muscular, nerve, back, neck, leg cramps, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, or other pain. Item received as promised. I workout at the gym and when I'm sore I use this product. I spay it on just before going to bed. When I wake up the soreness is gone. Fabulous stuff. I will re-order it again an again. I even bought one for my son as well.
