Love the taste!
Love the taste! Take a few sprays a morning and I’ve noticed a definite change in my energy level. My new favorite B12

Seems to be a decent formula, although not great tasting. Refrigeration required after opening.
This seems like a good supplement overall, with liposomal Methylcobalamin B12 in a non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free liquid base. The sublingual application ensures quick absorption and potentially much greater assimilation into the body. The drawbacks that I found with this is the need to keep refrigerated and then having to be discarded after 75 days. This is a major drawback for me personally that I feel should have been clearly stated on the listing. In particular, it is easier for me to forget to take it, as I cannot store it on my supplements shelf with all of the others that I take daily. The second issue I ran into is the taste. It is not unbearable, but it is pretty bad, and I am fairly tolerable when it comes to supplements. My two kiddos tried it and described it as rotten fruit, and I feel they are not too far off. It would go down much easier mixed into juice rather than sprayed directly into the mouth. The cost of about $22 a bottle at the time of this review would seem like a good price, although the need to use it up within a very specific time frame negates that a bit for me. But if someone just needed high dosage on the daily to get their B12 levels up quickly, this may be a good choice.

Good ingredients but no increased energy for me
I’m in my 60s and understand the benefits of B12 for energy at my age, so this is my first try.The flavor is quite medicine-y with a touch of cherry.Spraying UNDER the tongue (sublingual) is the fastest way to absorb the vitamin. It also makes the flavor more tolerable since there aren’t any taste buds underneath. Don’t just spray it onto your tongue surface. Taste buds amplify the yuk so you’ll probably need a swig of any beverage immediately. The flavor is also tolerable when sprayed into a tangy/fruit juice, so that’s another option.I can’t say that I feel any improved energy. Still a sleepy, low-energy person with this. (5’4” 138lbs). Oh well. The ingredients are non-gmo and naturally flavored so the quality seems to be there.

Great B12
I love how quick this product works. Easy to swallow. Doesn't taste great but tolerable. An easy way to get your B vitamins without having to swallow a capsule.

Good tasting, Quick Absorbing, Energy Booster
I’ve been dragging myself around like a zombie for months until I found this vitamin B12 under-the-tongue liquid. Now that I’ve finished the whole bottle (I wanted to wait until then to review this product to be sure of its results for me, and that there were no side effects), wow, what a difference! Just a few spritzes under the tongue every day and I'm back to feeling like my old self again. Vitamin B-12 is supposed to be great for energy and even weight loss.Love that it's vegan (my vegan daughter's been after me to go plant-based) and it actually absorbs instead of just passing right through like those horse-pill vitamins I used to choke down. The liquid goes straight to work - no waiting around wondering if it's doing anything.Within one month, I've got energy to burn. My brain fog lifted, I'm sleeping better, and I don't need three cups of coffee just to function anymore. Even my husband noticed I stopped complaining about being tired all the time!Best part? No weird aftertaste and you only need a tiny amount. This little bottle lasted me over a month, and it still has lots left. The bottle is dark colored so it stays well preserved Should've made the switch years ago!Would definitely recommend to anyone feeling run down - especially my fellow plant-eaters who know the B12 struggle is real.

A good source of B12
This B12 spray is an easy and effective way to get extra B12 in your diet. It is in the form of liposomal encapsulation so the B12 is protected in the digestive system rather than breaking down too early. It's also a spray so you can put it under the tongue and have it be absorbed directly into the bloodstream. With 3 sprays (pumps), the bottle says you get 1000 mcg of Methylcobalamin which is the better form of B12 vitamin. That's roughly 47% of the daily recommended value.I like that it's made from non-GMO ingredients and is vegan, too. It does list glycerin so I'll assume that comes from a vegan source but it doesn't 'specify that on the bottle, unfortunately. What I don't like: The taste isn't very good but is tolerable and you have to keep it refrigerated after opening. Other than that, it's a great B12 option.

e B12 drops that deliver
I'm a big fan of taking extra b 12, and these B12 drops deliver for me. The methylcobalamin form is preferred, and being vegan is a huge plus. It's incredibly easy to take sublingually with a couple quick sprays in my mouth, which is convenient. I've been using it for energy and overall support, and it integrates well into my daily routine. The taste is ok, not great but could be way worse. a little sweet in a gross way but i'm not taking it because i think it's delicious .

Aftertaste is strong and lingers
I wanted to try this sublingual liposomal B12 supplement instead of a pill, because of the faster and increased absorption into the body. At first the taste is very tart which is fine by me, but the aftertaste is a bit strong and lingers. If I eat or drink afterwards it seems to help with the taste. If you use as directed you get a 60 day supply. It also needs to be refrigerated after opening, so it's not ideal for travel. I like that the product is made in the USA. Really, my only complaint is the aftertaste, but I think I can tolerate it enough to take it.
