WD5000 50-Foot Tuff Guard Kink-Free Hose

This is a great hose. I know this because I own the 100 foot version. It coils very nicely and lives up to it's billing about not kinking. My only complaint is that I am STILL waiting for the 50 foot version I ordered nearly a month ago. I don't know what the hold up is, the listing did mention that it would take awhile to ship so I knew I'd have to wait a bit, but this is ridiculous. I can't think of a single time where I've had to wait until the bitter end of the shipping window. The order states I should finally have it by Thursday the 24th, a month after I ordered it, but it also says that it STILL has not shipped. I could understand if it were out of stock but that was not a listed reason. I'm only willing to wait this long because the other one I own has shown me that this hose it actually worth waiting for. Rumford Gardener needs to get it's shipping situation fixed though, I won't order from them again even if they have the best price which why I ordered this from them even knowing I'd have a wait.-Trisha Hartmann

Mine gave me good service for eight years until the end started leaking. I cut off the leaking part and installed a new coupling but it won't seal completely. Listing says hose has lifetime guaranty but i lost the paper work and can't find the manufacturer contact information on Amazon or on the web. I'm looking for a way to fix this hose. Anyone know how to do it?

This water hose lives up to its claim of no kinks. I love it. It is also easily rolled up after use. Highly recommend.

So far, I have not had one kink!!! Its been a pleasure to use a hose that is light weight and kink free. Worth the money!

This is the best hose I have used, and I should know...my father was a gardener for many years. It is very lightweight and does not kink or bend in any funny way. I love the new material it is made of with the structure of the hose on the outside. I have had it for two years and have sent one to my sister for her to review.
