I got these to help support my liver but also accidentally found out that it was helping with my bone and muscle aches. Umm...wow. I take this every evening before bed. I have only woken with a stiff back once or twice since I started these, where before I was waking in the night due to bone aches. The point is, though these are for organ health is doing more for me that I expected. Going to keep ordering these. Thanks.

One of those supplements that you don't have a distinct knowledge it's working- but I'm sure it does- if you need this - use it!! Your gut health dictates your entire well being!

Great product

I can’t say it works for sure just yet. Blood work will tell me if it’s doing its job. The hardest part of getting supplements is that you can’t just easily test for purity or if it is dosed with stated ingredients.

These are very strong, I'm only able to take one capsule every two days or if I have a very high fat content meal. This does work very well, but each capsule has 1200mg of TUDCA. Which is 2x the strength I had taken daily prior to this. The quality is excellent, but too strong for me for an everyday supplement.

Excellent product for anyone lacking bile production.

My food digestion is definitely better and I have no doubt it provides the liver support it claims to. It has turmeric, NAC and milk thistle extract - all things proven to help with each. Definitely a winner of a product and part of my daily supplements now.
