Shelf stable.

I have lung problems & uti problems. Quite often I have to take a round of antibiotics. I take probiotics to replenish good bacteria that are being killed off. I’m not sure how to tell if a probiotics working. One plus for Pure is that it doesn’t have to kept in the fridge. The price is good! One thing I don’t like is taking it twice a day on an empty stomach. My stomach is only empty when I first get up. It’s hard to find a time for the second one.

I have used different probiotics for many years, I saw this one and purchased 2 bottles. Absolutely the best one I've ever had, and the price is great too. You'll notice the big difference. I recommend this product.

Caused Increased Gas and Bloating

I was drawn to this product by its shelf stability (no refrigeration) and Amazon's free delivery. Overall that was a mistake and the result has been significantly increased digestive and gastric distress. I have switched back to Piping Rock probiotics which resulted in life-changing gastric relief and in the future will happily store the bottles in the refrigerator. In retrospect I am a dunce, but I have learned from my mistake and will not make it again.
