Perfect sourdough starter kit!
It is so nice to have a sourdough kit with everything you need to get started (except the dutch oven and flour) Everything is easy to use, great value for the cost, and easy to clean. The size of the bannetons are perfect for single loafs. As long as you sprinkle a little flower in the bannetons, the dough shouldn't stick.

Great for a first time sourdough set
This is a great kit for starting out with sourdough. The lame and baskets are perfect. I think the bowl scraper isn’t flexible enough and is not really useful.
