I have ordered two and put them together. They assemble easily. The top is the hardest part. It’s like a connector set. You can make many different configurations.It’s sturdy and the cats love it.

I really like this for my foster cat and her kittens. The only downside was mine didn’t come with the ladder, which I think mama is kind of enjoying right now, but she wont be in there all the time and is able to roam the house with our pets, 2 small dogs, 2 cats, 1 foster puppy, & 1 long term foster cat due to her medical, which I don’t mind.I know after mama and her babies are adopted, my own cats are going to use it because we have one that likes to bolt out the door, & I don’t want to see the day when I can’t catch.This is nice & sturdy for the kittens and mama, I’m not too fond of the locking latches, but I was able to make them work with a pair of them doubled up that open out & in.It’s definitely very functional and keeps everyone contained. I just wish there was a way to order panels & connecters so I could make it a bit more customizable & taller.Still wish mine had come with a ladder like others mentioned receiving. Maybe now that I need to order more panels to make taller, the next set will come with a ladder 🤞🏻

Assembly is very hard, even with two people. I can’t imagine assembling this catio alone. Instructions were confusing, and there was no information about the door in the instructions. I had to search a youtube video to understand assembly. A hammer is necessary. Some parts just do not want to snap in place. The whole thing is like a puzzle, once you get one piece in place, 3 other pieces come loose. I’d recommend putting the pieces loosely at first. You can bang them in further with a hammer after you put the zipties so no pieces come falling off.Material is flimsy. Many bent panels. Kit doesn’t give you enough platforms for the ceiling and also for the cat platforms, so you have to choose between the two.The picture suggests to not put grates on the floor of the enclosure. However I strongly suggest to make a slightly smaller cage and put flooring underneath if you are going to put this catio outdoors. Cats can easily push underneath and get out. Not super smart on the manufacturers part.

I got this so my 5 year old house cat could enjoy some fresh air on the patio. I didn’t follow the starboard build instructions so I could make it meet the cat flap, and it works really well. It’s easy to put together and yet sturdy. I wasn’t too sure about the quality of the roof or the “shelves” for want of a better word, but they’re plenty tough enough for Connor. The 3 x 3 x4 is a great size for my cat and my Chihuahua often joins him in there.

Absolutely the worst! You must use zip ties to hold together once you start adding height. The black connectors don’t latch as you’re stacking. They are all flat bottomed and they just sit on each other. Hence why you must use zip ties. Even after getting it together, it’s still VERY flimsy! Your cat can EASILY bulldoze right through it, knocking the whole thing over. Not worth $100. I would expect something more sturdy for the price this is. If you plan on using it for outdoors.. don’t. Your cat will easily escape.

A bit complicated to assemble. Used the zip ties on all sections and the end result it quite sturdy. Also purchased a cat door for the window and a cat tree for the catio. My 17 pound cat loves to hang outside all day.

My cats absolutely love this! They are able to be outside when we are!!!
