My daughter loved this for her birthday present, it’s a perfect experience for parent and child to do together and we had lots of fun. And she is deeply in love with her plushy that she got from the cauldron

pretty cool , did what it should. its messy but the kids love it. Its easy enough they can do it on there own while supervised. I think its a little too much money for the size of the animal they recover. but it makes them happy.

My six-year-old granddaughter love this. It was fun to do and loved the surprise that came out very entertaining for her.

Bought two of these to do with my daughter, and although I know it’s luck of the draw in terms of which one you’ll get, we were both disappointed to find we got the same Mixie from both cauldrons 🙁 it’s definitely cute, and she had fun for 3.5 minutes while we did it, but other than that? Eh. It’s twenty bucks for a little stuffed animal, a plastic cauldron, little potion bottle, and ‘wand’ that’s basically a dropper…it may or may not be worth it to you personally, but I don’t think it’s a terrible price for what you’re getting.

I bought this for my niece for Christmas… and she didn’t like it at first but then she saw all the whole features and loved it!! Always asking me to buy her a “potion” haha

Having tried some of the mini cauldrons, and also the big electronic toy kits, I was expecting this one to function more like the larger electronic cauldron.The gimmick for this cauldron works exactly like the newer mini cauldrons. So overall the "magic" was a bit disappointing and was over extremely quickly. The figure pops up immediately after you pour the water in, and wasn't as interesting as the other Mixies reveals.Also, I wasn't sure if this is intentional or not, but the liquid in the plush's eyes is only about 1/3 full. When you press the gem in, it's supposed to swirl, but I couldn't really see that effect. Perhaps some of the liquid had evaporated? I received an older release of the Sun/Moon cauldron, with the pamphlet advertising only 2 types of possible plush, with a 3rd "coming soon". The newer releases should have a chance at 1 of 3 different plush.
