Q: How tight should this belt be worn in order to achieve optimal results? Should it feel somewhat tight or just comfortable?

I keep it somewhat tight. To the point where I can’t easily sit down and I only use it when I’m standing or walking. I believe the idea is to try and stabilize your pelvis.

Q: Can I order a medium size belt through Amazon? If so, please tell me how to do that.

Go to Amazon and look it up and order it.

Q: When will the medium size return? My hips are 39". Would I be okay with a large?

All sizes will be back in stock very soon. For a 39" measurement, we would highly recommend using only the Medium. The large may have too much overlap and interfere with the areas where the elastic needs to attach to the belt for proper use.

Yes, the Serola Belt can be worn while you are sleeping.
