I was told to use 'undenatured' type 2 collagen so is this stuff undenatured?

"Undenatured" means unchanged from its natural state. "Hydrolyzed collagen" is the opposite. The large collagen molecules have been broken down into tiny pieces called collagen "peptides" that can be digested and absorbed into the body far more easily. The peptides will be broken down even further by being digested. I'm no expert on this stuff, but I've been bouncing around on the Web trying to understand the terminology.
