They really do stay on during the night! Iv been really impressed by them considering their affordability. I dont have many outbreaks & when the unfortunate event occur I bought these & Iv been pleasantly surprised. What is also helpful they come with 2x sizes a small/medium version.

These come in a Handle little sleeve type packaging that enables me to slide in my drawer. They are a nice size dot and I used them well. I had no reactions but I don’t feel they helped my spots as I thought. They didn’t get rid of them, or suppress them but rather helped me not pick at them. I’m a picker, and while a normal spy may come and go, my picking often extends their visit and actually makes a marks on my skin/face. If I place these on my spot, when I find myself going for a pick, they prevent me from reopening the wound. So they actually help me and and enabled a few spots to seal up and heal. I’m happy with the purchase and would buy again. They are super sticky, easy to apply and I’m happy.

If you want your spots gone this is the one I CAN'T fault this product at all

Patches are good but I mistakenly thought they would be actual witch hazel patches and actually have witch hazel on them, they don't, they're just normal spot patches.

Wow! I will definitely be buying more of this product. I have tried many different brands of spot patches including Boots' own brand and Starface. None of these products had worked for me so I wasn't feeling very hopeful when ordering these spot patches despite the positive reviews. However, after using them now for a week, I am absolutely sold and will swear by them until the end of time.After applying these patches overnight I saw a huge decrease in redness and irritation. A lot of my pimples had also reduced in size, and I could see the pus, sebum and other secretions from my pores has been absorbed by the patch.At the start of my week I had very irritated red skin with a lot of spots around the lower half of my face. After using these patches when / where required, my face now only has one spot and no redness, with that one spot expected to be gone after I use a patch on it tonight.The quality of this product is great. I have sensitive skin and can react to certain chemicals and formulas in a variety of ways. The last few pimple patches I tried caused itching and sometimes a bit of stinging, these patches are very gentle on my skin and use great ingredients for sensitive skin.I am very impressed that these patches stay on through the night as I have often had it where other brand's patches end up on various other body parts and I can never work out how! These ones have never disappeared on me and I was really not expecting that considering how cheap they are in comparison with those other patches.I really can't recommend these pimple patches enough. If you have sensitive skin like me, like to roll around a lot in your sleep, it won't get much better than this.
