Unbelieveably fast delivery!!The patient for whom this was purchased is a retired nurse, and she found the product effective -- a bit inclined to be more watery on application that what she had been using -- but as to pain relief just as good as "the more expensive brand."

Due to 16 yrs of Dialysis my foot pain level from neuropathy is so bad I can’t walk w/o a horrible pain or even lay in bed & have a sheet touch them . My reg med that works for my reg pain wouldn’t help so I was near tears every day, trying to just get around the house. I used Lidocaine shot’s for Dialysis so the big needles wouldn’t hurt so I thought I’d order cream w/it & see if it helped, I figured I got nothing too lose. I got ur cream & tried it by applying a generous amount & within 15-20 min I stood up & walked. My pain went from a 10+ to maybe a 3-4. I put it on 2X a day & with it I’m experiencing as lil pain as I have in the 10+ years of my neuropathy pain. I just wanted to tell y’all over there how much I truly appreciate ur product & don’t know what I’d do w/out it as far as relief goes.

It did the job. I don't use it for hemorrhoids, but for a topical pain reliever it was effective. The only thing I didn't care for was the scent. As a personal preference I would rather have unscented.

If you need something numbed, then this is the thing. This is the most powerful lidocaine and numbing thing I’ve ever bought very powerful and I like that. It doesn’t have medication in it so I can use other medicines of my choice.

I purchased this specific brand of lidocaine cream to use based on the size of the product, the fact that it said “Made in USA”, and the listed ingredients sounded helpful for my specific needs and sounded somewhat natural. I try to not use a lot of chemical based skincare or products. I looked at many other lidocaine cream brands to compare before making this purchase and felt confident in selecting this particular brand over others available. I am not satisfied with this product at all and have wasted time and money. This did not have a sealed paper protection under the jar lid. That is unhygienic. Perhaps my jar slipped through quality control. In addition, it does not look fresh and there is no potency. I do not believe my cream has any lidocaine in it or if it does, it is a small amount or has expired or been overpowered/watered down by other ingredients/fillers. The product I received is yellow brown and rancid in appearance and has no numbing effect. The consistency is unpleasant to use. It is messy and gel-like. I was hoping for and expecting a thick white cream that could be scooped out and hold its form (similar to a thick plain Greek yogurt) until spread out/rubbed into the skin. Despite using Amazon Prime for this product, I am unable to return it or receive a refund. This cream was a complete waste of money and is unusable. I request to receive a full refund for this item please. I do not recommend this product.

Works. Itching before application was insane. So I kept scratching. Skin breakdown and still scratching. Changed after application. I am able to keep my fingers away quite easily.

Doesn't work as good as the cheaper stuff. Double the price for half the relief. Waste of money in my opinion.

It really helps to lower discomfort.No odor and easy to use.
