Does each have a safety seal around the cap?

All of mine were individually sealed.

No, these lipsticks are not cruelty free as the 2 dyes they use in them (Lake 1 and 28 Lake, are tested on animals... One should know this...especially vegans.

Are these certified organic? I see the non-gmo icon but not the organic icon.
