Bought it as a vaccine carrier, so that cold chain can be maintained. Perfect, it's small, sturdy, and easily portable. Perfect at this price, and small ica packs easily fit in it. 5 stars!

The quality of the product is good.

I am very much satisfied with this product. 25 l size is perfect and is able to hold multiple one litre water bottle.I keep this on back seat of the car as I mostly drive solo. For long drive I am able to store up to 6-7 water bottles. At least 3-4 bottles of 1 l I try to freeze in deep freeze and they work as a ice chillar to the other normal bottles and keeps the cool chill last up to more than a day. For better chilling I also use 4 ice packs and keep them from above or sides.For the whole Summer I was able to carry at least 7 to 8 water bottles of 1 l iter while I also was able to put my glass lunch box in this box (with 6 bottles) which help the lunch stay in good condition even when the heat was 48 degree outside the car.This has handles on both the sides which makes it easy to hold and carry. It has a lock for the top lead to close.It looks sturdy and of premium quality

This is a very good product at a reasonable price. We wanted an ice box since long time and have taken after reading reviews. This keeps stuff cold for very long time. If handled properly you can use this for more than 24 hours also. Very good product

Very bad quality product.Ice is melting completely after 2-3 hours.Raised a request to cancel item and scheduled pickup. But nobody came to pickup. When I have checked out it is mentioned in the instructions to cancel pickup to raise new request, after doing so, not able to do cancellation and pickup of the product. Not expected such kind of service from Amazon.
