Works well
I installed this in the basement to drain sinks and showers and washing machine. It works well I don't think it's too loud it does what it's supposed to do. I think it's a good product if it last.

works great
Perfect replacement pump for my shower and mop sink. Easy install and pretty quiet also. Running it on a 15amp GFI outlet with no issues.

Don't use in an area that you want dry...
This pump has been hit or miss. Sometimes it works fine, other times it puts water all over my basement... It will kick on, but not pump anything, maybe check valve getting stuck? I'm not sure. Don't waste your money, buy something name brand. This would work fine if you are using straight water and that is it... If you have any soaps, it will foam out of the silly vent hole they have on top of the unit. All in all, when it works, it works fine. But I am not okay with it working only 70% of the time...

Well made and quieter than I expected
I am pleased at how well this pump is made. The outer shell is thick and attractive. This pump is versatile because it has two inlets on one side and an inlet on the other side. The silicone rubber connectors are plyable to insure a decent seal. I am not a fan of the type of hose clamps because the standard style cinches down easier. This has a much quieter motor than I was expecting. When I unboxed this pump, I was disappointed in the poorly done directions. The pictures are very confusing and should have labels to each picture. There are pixtures with “X’s” that apparently mean not do install certain ways. I say this because, even though I am mechanically inclined, the internet is a lot more helpful. I also appreciated that this is a much more robust pump and better features than my previous pump that was finicky and at a higher price at a local big box “L” hardware store. I took a star away for confusing and inadequate directions.

Not the best but not the worst
First off the instructions are terrible and I do mean terrible. Once installed it has worked on and off, nothing consistent. It is loader than I expected it to be considering others I have used. Overall, for me this is not a good pump I would not recommend it.

Powerful, compact, and exactly what you need for basement plumbing upgrades
Installed this 400W macerator pump in my basement renovation to add a (sink + shower) without breaking up the concrete floor—and it’s been awesome.Strong 400W motor handles waste and greywater like a champ. The cutting blades do their job fast, no clogs, no slow draining. Flushes smoothly every time. Has ports for a sink, shower, and even a bathtub. You can connect up to three fixtures to the same unit, which really helped simplify my setup. It fits neatly under a cabinet or in a closet. It’s surprisingly quiet too—just a soft hum during operation. This pumps vertically up to around 20–22 feet, and horizontally about 150 feet. More than enough for most basement-to-main-line setups. Drains quickly, no backups even with back-to-back showers and multiple drainsIf you’re comfortable with basic plumbing, it's very DIY-friendly. Took me about 2–3 hours start to finish. Instructions are decent, though watching a quick YouTube video helped too. Make sure you vent it properly, there’s a small vent port designed for that.If you’re adding a shower or sink in a spot lower than your main sewer line, this macerator pump is an absolute game-changer. Solid build, great power, and a way cheaper solution than digging up concrete and getting plumbing done!

Great macerator!
Great macerator! The directions weren't great but luckily this wasn't my husband's first install of one of these. Pretty quiet compared to others and does what it's supposed to do. Very pleased!!
