When doing my research, a lot of sites said to take these after meals to get the better effects and its true. I did test this out and noticed that when I took these drops before, no real change for a week. For the second week, I started taking them after I ate and that is when I noticed a difference. Not to mention, when I took them before, on an empty stomach, I noticed my stomach would hurt a bit but the moment I got food in it, I felt a lot better. When taking these drops alone, they do have a slight bitter taste to them, but nothing too bad. I did find that when I take this with a small shot of juice, the taste wasn't so bitter. The first thing I noticed with these drops is that my gut health has become more normal, meaning I'm not dealing with as much loose and bulk stools as I was before, more of a normal consistency. I'm going between 1-2 times a day versus the every 1-3 days like before. Another thing I noticed is that my HgA1C was close to a 7 before taking these but after my results the other day, I'm down to about a 6.5 and the drops were the only thing I added to my diet. While these are just my results, I do attribute that to these drops, but for someone else that could be different. For me, I will continue to use these drops as I'm very happy with my results.

Glass bottle and dropper are good quality and dropper is easy to dispense as much or little as you wantTaste: Fairly tasty, but also definitely a little bitter. Also just tastes a little 'fake', probably because of the favoring usedEffectiveness: This is where I'm not as sure with this product. As with many supplements, you are kind of relying on the company to be honest with the ingredients listed and the potency of those ingredients being accurate. Berberine is theoretically one of the main ingredients in this, and if you've ever had pure berberine extract you will know it's INCREDIBLY bitter (and it's supposed to be). Although this product definitely has some bitterness to it, it's no where near what you would get if you put pure berberine extract in your mouth (quite unpleasant). Most people wouldn't want that though, myself included, but that's why I prefer berberine in capsules anyways.Overall: If I was more certain about the potency of this product it would definitely be a 5 star for those who do like liquid extracts. Personally, I would recommend taking pure berberine extract in capsules

These PAYAOCZ Berberine and Cinnamon drops are sugar-free, lab tested, GMP certified and not tested on animals. All those attributes are important to me in choosing a supplement. Compared to pills, tinctures absorb more quickly and thoroughly and are far easier to take on a daily basis. At my age it seems I have to add more and more supplements to maintain a healthy balance, so an alternative to pills is welcome. These drops taste of dark berry with a strong overlay of cinnamon. I can take them straight if I take a sip of liquid afterward to clean the palate. The drawback is that each bottle contains only a 15-day supply if you take the recommended dose of 2 dropperfuls daily. That translates to $19.99/month for this one supplement. People who need to buy multiple supplements plus prescription meds might find this too expensive. I know I do. I need a price of $10/month or less for each of the several supplements I use if I'm going to keep my total monthly med bill reasonable. So I'm going to take only one dropperful a day and hope I still get some benefit.

I started taking barbarian because of all of the studies about blood sugar levels. I'm used to taking this in a pill form twice a day. This liquid definitely makes it easier to take before meals, and also makes it easier if you have trouble swallowing pills or capsules. The taste isn't the best. It doesn't have the fruity sugary additives that other vitamins or supplements normally have in liquid form. I would suggest adding it to your juice or liquid, or Even easier just take it straight from the dropper and chase it with something that will kill the taste. The taste isn't really bad it just slightly bitter. I really like that this order came with two bottles of berberine instead of just one.

This is my first liquid form of Berberine. I don't like the taste and I don't know if it works because I can't tolerate the taste.
