The smooth, responsive handling and 23mph top speed suit my needs perfectly, even with my 6'2", 190lb frame. That said, I do have to put in some work to keep momentum on steeper hills, as the motor tends to strain and slow down in those situations.The handling and control of the Hiboy X300 are superb. The weight distribution and smooth turning make it incredibly easy to maneuver, even at top speeds. The 23mph top speed is more than adequate for my needs, and the motor handles smaller hills with ease and can get up steeper hills if you have enough speed built up even for my 6'2", 190lb frame, but I recommend pushing it up most steep hills so you can persevere your parts for maximum life time.Overall, the performance is better than expected, this is hands-down one of the best electric scooters on the market, especially at its price point. If you're in the market for a high-quality, reliable scooter to zip around your local area, the Hiboy X300 is a no-brainer. Missing parts can’t unlock the battery compartment or finish assembling the steering. Also missing the battery charger wall adapter.If resolved I will update my review if not I will be returning this item.

This scooter is awesome. Long battery life, wide deck, and big tires give it good grip and make it feel safer. I like the lights as well. This is a fast scooter so always wear a helmet.

You need to get this electric scooter! I bought it for my son to use on his college campus. He now exclusively uses the scooter to commute not only to classes but to work and to get around town; no longer uses his car which is an incredible savings. He loves that the scooter is sturdy and provides a smooth ride. There has only been one issue with a flat tire and Hiboy was quick to help with a replacement part and a how-to-repair video. My son now has a job offer in Chicago and plans to use the X300 Hiboy to commute to work in the city. Highly recommend this product!
