How can I get a replacement remote? Stopped working after less than 1 year.

From included instructions: Unplug lamp from outlet. Press and hold remote's power button continuously until the end of procedure . Plug lamp into outlet, lamp will go on. Wait for lamp flashing. Lamp is now programmed with remote and you can now let go of remote's power button.
