Neat installation
Rahul the technician did a clean and neat installation. he had to visit us twice as we had to cut the top ply to make way for chimney, he explained the requirement and again visited for installation. Explained the workings of chimney and answered our queries patiently.

Installation items are not complete
Faber is not providing silver color pipe. It charged 800/- rs extra other than installation charges.Its really not acceptable.
