I have been taking this for one month and just ordered my second bottle. I’ve been a life long horrible nail biter and finally gave it up. These have immensely helped with nail growth for me which makes it easier for me to not bite because they look good. I've been using this collagen product for about two-and-a-half month and I have noticed a difference in my hair and nails in particular.
