I got this for my daughter’s 13th birthday. She absolutely loved it. She suffers from anxiety and said it is a reminder to concentrate and breathe. It’s such a cute ring, fit her perfectly, and great quality. Unfortunately someone stole it from her PE class :-(

The ring is perfect. It's a sweet ring with a great sentiment. The "Just Breathe" is very subtle. Like the card, which is included, says; when you feel overwhelmed, stressed, just breathe. The ring is a gentle reminder to do just that. It is good quality for a great price. It is bendable to a point to fit.

This ring is extremely small. It would fit a child’s finger.

it was much smaller than it appeared in all respects. It was suppose to be adjustable but I couldn't budge it, I didn't want to put too much force on it.

I use this saying so much and I got this in the mail yesterday and i immediately put it on! It’s super comfy and after two hurricanes in florida a great reminder to breathe and keep moving. So happy with my purchase!

It is a cute little ring; however it is very cheap. Which is what I paid for it. So if you want a better quality one, spend more money.
