A really good confit; the quality is obvious from the moment you open the tin. Decent pieces of meat, rather than (as is often the case) bits that seem to have been left over. Definitely as good as anything we've eaten in France over many years of doing so. Much better than most vacuum packed examples.

Delicious and great price. You get 2 very decent-sized legs and all the fat. Once you open it, transfer all the fat to a container and keep it in the fridge. It's fantastic for roasting vegetables, especially potatoes. The duck is already cooked but it's best to put it under the grill in the oven, to warm it up and crisp it a bit.

For something in a tin, this was an OK product, but, having had the real thing, cooked in front of me in France (and I've done myself at home since), this just didn't compare.I would not buy again.

I have bought this product repeatedly and I regularly include in food gifts for friends and family. Tinned meat is usually hit and miss but this company is a safe pair of hands for all of its products. Definitely would recommend

It is fantastic and we have ordered before... still rather expensive but the cooking process is long.

Doesn't get any tastier than this stuff! I've found microwaving it works just as well as messing around in a pan and is A LOT less messy. Be prepared to get plastered in duck fat fishing the legs out of the tin

This was by no means bad, but rather disappointing for the price. I would maybe keep a tin in the cupboard for emergencies but I wouldn't serve this duck confit to guests.
