Be on low side of size scale

Size stated 12-13. I have size 13 feet and slippers will not stay on my feet. They always slide off and/or turn sideways on me. I have worn them twice now on vacation and I will be trashing them as soon as I get home. I wore them twice so I know shipper won’t take them bac
