My hairstylist recommended SOMA to both support/protect my hair and to help straighten it. My hair is healthy, long, naturally blond with white highlights coming (thanks to old age). Don't use it every day on colored hair as it will dry it out. Used occasionally it works well. I don't even need to blow dry it straight..just let it air dry and what a difference.
