So this product is not for everyone but if you want to look like you just got a clean and fresh haircut without the shine, this is for you. It has great hold and it washes out easy if you can’t get the style you would like right away. It does dry fast so you definitely need to work fast. Otherwise this product has lasted me through 8-10 hour work days where I was sweating and everything and my hair was just fine until I put water to it. I’d say this is my favorite hair product for styling.The only con I have is actually the smell, it could use a different scent, maybe something summer based.

I am a 22 year old guy and I've been using hair wax and clays for 5 years now, even buying high end products. I was never satisfied with the results of other products, had some I love but left my hair a bit wet (I blow dry my hair). Finally I try this on a trip to Australia... MIND BLOWN that a VO5 product could be this good. Hands down THE BEST hair stayling cream (clay) I have ever used. I wish they sold this in the US. Have not seen it yet.

Ok, so I bought this b/c I saw a video on you tube of a friend who'd been using it (search Oliver Crane on you tube to see the style I was going for; it's like that only a bit shorter all over). Anyway, this didn't really work too well for me. The hold isn't strong enough and it's slightly greasy for my tastes. Very similar to the Osmo Clay Wax, honestly. The American Crew Fiber is still the best product I've found, so I'm probably done trying new ones for a while.

I have thick hair and have difficulty finding a product that will hold without falling flat.Applying these to dry hair I've found using a moderate amount of the clay my hair will hold and have the right shine.The product is cheap, smells good and does the job, I definitely recommend it.

This is a fantastic product when it comes to styling your hair. The clay keeps your hair styled all day. Also, it doesn't require you to use much of it at all, meaning that it'll last a while. I ordered mine back in March, and still have about 3/4 of it left.If you're looking for an effective styling clay/wax, look no further than this one.

The container is different, but who cares? I’m not sure how to review hair styling clay since it’s all the same stuff with only slight variances, but it is what it claims to be which is all you can really ask from a seller so it’s a 5/5 from me.

Works a treat. I have fine hair and like a bit of the ragged look. This lets me shape my hair without it being heavy.
