Good clean, great value
Really only wanted one but the offer was for two - luckily I found a home for the spare one. We are both really pleased with the toothbrushes as they really clean the teeth well. The travel cases are super handy and you can charge them inside the case which is really good as well. The appearance is quite smart looking and I definitely think these were good value for money. They seem like they are quite strong and will last a while. I previously had a Phillips Sonicare which lasted well.

Why have Philips changed to six pacer from quad pacer?
I've been using Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for several decades and I'm kind of used to 'quadpacer', ie four 30 second cycles. What has surprised me with model 7100 is that there are now six 20 second cycles. The cleaning experience is somewhat different! I've no doubt that the toothbrush will be as effective as previously, but I've no idea why Philips made this change.Model 7100 comes with G3 brushheads, which are primarily for gum care. I've found that C3 brushheads are very effective at plaque removal, and I'll revert to these when the G3's are replaced.Model 7100 is very expensive to buy, and can only be considered good value if purchased at a discount. I think £140 or less is acceptable.I haven't installed the mobile app yet and cannot comment on its usefulness.Lastly, do register the product with Philips as you get a useful 36-month warranty. I've had Sonicare toothbrushes in the past that failed after a few months!Happy brushing.

It's super intense
This is hands down worth the bargain price of £139.99. It is super viber so it leaves your teeth feeling like you just left the dentist. This has 3 intensity settings and I wanted something strong in intensity and it it is. The app is a cute little bonus for cheer leading you on with your commitment to brushing correctly. I only received it today but I have used it and felt compelled to leave a top rating 10/10 review

Very effective
Very effective. Great to have all options. Too easy to accidentally reduce intensity as you hold the brush.

Easy to use
Nice electric tooth brush, different settings for hard, soft and whitening, plus different speeds. Holds a good charge for several days. Sturdy and nice size brush heads. I’ve found it easy to use and sturdy. Price is good, I previously had a similar brush that lasted several years, I don’t think the price has increased on a new one.

Excellent cleaning power, but a little slippery! Expensive of course also
I've used both this brand and another well-known one for years, and it was about time to change my older (and different) model as the battery seemed to be giving up.I'm glad I changed to this; it has excellent cleaning power and my teeth feel very clean, as do my gums. It's got the usual pressure sensor (although I tend to just ignore that!) and the battery life also seems to be good so far. It's very well built, excellent quality, a nice colour, and also good that it comes with two brush heads and travel case that also charges it (a nice touch).I do find it to be quite slippery to hold which cab be annoying, it could do with more grip I think.I also haven't bothered using the app - maybe it's good for some people, but I just like to get on with the job of brushing my teeth without playing with an app.Overall: excellent cleaning power, quieter than my other toothbrush, good battery life.Just a little slippy to hold and very expensive.
