It's the best one we have tried in the stance of protein cheese if that's any help, they aren't full of sawdust texture and do melt lovely, can you taste protein to an extent. Its definitely not got that vinagery taste some have.

Good choice to add protein to any meal
Great choice to add protein to your meals. Unlike regular cheese, which is mostly fat, this is mostly protein with meal prep plans. I struggle to hit my carbs and proteins, but my fats usually go overboard. This is a good choice to add some protein to any meal.

Lovedcthe idea if low fat high protein but it didn't taste anything like cheese. Ended up throwing most of it out.
