My 7 year old son is thrilled with this cowboy costume. I ordered size 8-10 years old and it fits him perfectly. The tags on the costume say size large. The costume consists of pants, vest, hat, bandana, and a sheriff star. The pants are one piece but they look like jeans with a pair of fringed chaps over them. The seat and the front are made of blue denim-like fabric and the rest of suede-like fabric. The pants have elastic waistband. The vest has cow print and fringe details in the front. The sheriff’s star is made of silver plastic and attaches to a loop on the vest. The star doesn’t have a pin-back it just loosely hangs on a loop and comes off easily. We almost lost it on the first event my son attended, so I’m going to try to come up with a better way to attach it to the vest for the next event. The red bandana has messily finished edges and the fraying strings required some trimming to make it look its best but the workmanship on the pants and vest was very good for a kids costume. The hat is nice too. It has faux leather stitching details and adjustable chin strap. It arrived somewhat squished but I stuffed it tight with papers and after a couple of days it regained its shape.Overall, my son and I are both very happy with this costume and I’m very glad I ordered it.

Very nice cowboy costume and our kid loves it. Wore is recently for trick and treating, was complimented several times on the quality of the costume.The materials are of good quality and no shrinkage even after several cycles through the washer/dryer.
