I took these the first time at night and that is not a good thing it makes you jump up and try and get to the toilet after that they seem to work okay I have a BM every few days

Good Probiotic
This probiotic has helped with my husband's digestion issues. I always look for particular probiotics, such as L. gasseri, L. Rhamnosus, and B. Animalis which I've read are good for his issues, and this product has all of them plus a lot more, including slippery elm.
