Purium 10-Day Transformation Pack - New! Apple Berry Flavor

I did the purium 10 day transformation. I wanted to do something to shed a few pounds that i was struggling to get rid of. My sister in law had done it and loved it so I went with it. I lost 9 pounds by day 7. The first day of giving up meat, dairy and processed food was the only day i was really hungry. I was shocked throughout the entire thing how little i needed to eat. By day 5 i ate a little more of my flex foods and by night 7 i cut out the night shake and ate a veggie full dinner. I actually cut the night shake out and had healthy dinners the rat of the nights so that the transition back into meal would be easier. So far i have kept off the weight which i am surprised about. I expected to gain a couple back right away but i have not. I had extra powder so i have been having a shake for breakfast and then i eat well the rest of the day. With the exception of a mild headache here and there i felt great while on purium. I had energy, did not feel that hungry and found it easy to do. The flavor of the shake, apple berry, was good. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I was eating organic before the program so that part wasn't a difficult transition for me. I would and have recommended it to others. my before and after pics actually spoke for themselves and the 2-2 1/2 inches i lost in my mid section did as well.

It seems like they changed the quality of the Green Purium Shake Mix. Something seriously happened here. They were good to begin with, but something of the quality changed. Laziness in keeping up the quality? What happened? They used to be good and it was very potent before.

Purium did it right to make it through a cleanse with this product. As soon as I would start to feel a little weird or hungry it was time to take something. So it helped me get through the tough times. I did end up losing 9 lbs doing the 10 day cleanse but did not buy the continuation pack. It is intense but it was good to follow through with good self control and see results.

Purium is a well made product designed for a serious cleanse. The taste is pleasant and slightly fruity. It is like drinking sweet grass. I could not stand the thought of another "shake" after three days. I began the Purium cleanse with strong conviction but gave up and felt like I wasted money.

Nutritionally superior items. I have done many nutritionallly sound cleanses, so I was eager to see what these products could do for me. Gorgeous skin,sparkling eyes, and tons of energy! And I am a vibrant 62 year old who runs my own business, works out, and cares for my toddler grandbabies on a regular basis!

It's works! I lost 13 pounds in 10 days however I do feel it is over priced. You don't get much for the price and you have to buy flex foods (mostly organic veggies)

I lost 7 pounds in 10 days (I'm down to 133lb). Now a few weeks later, I've managed to keep it off. Definitely a wise investment for those of you struggling with a big belly and chubby face, it slimmed both almost immediately. The instant reward kept me going. It's tough but was worth it. I also was able to break my caffeine addiction and lost interest in junk food and fried food.

I tried hard for 8 days, lost 2 kg. But my shake ran out at 8th day, which forced me to give up. And after I back to normal meal, my weight gained back.
