Another great Mikolo fitness piece for my home gym. Great color, stability and provides a great range of motion for curls. Excellent purchase!

This thing is overbuilt! Super heavy and sturdy. It's big too, so build it where you want it. Works well. The arm pad is plenty wide. I knocked off a star because it was missing chips of paint on a few spots. No biggie, I already had some black spray paint anyways. Just keep in mind that the finish is not durable at all. The steel is thick, so it shouldn't rust through anytime soon, but I expected a better finish for the price. It's still worth it imo.

I picked this up when it was on sale, and am very happy with the purchase. I just have a small home gym and wanted to see if this helps isolate my biceps, and it does a great job. My form was not that great, and this has helped. It did take a bit longer than expected to put together, but the build is solid and it looks/feels great.

I'm a little torn on this. On one hand it appears to be incredibly well built and sturdy. On the other hand, the fixed placement of the upper bar holder is in just the exact wrong spot for my arm length and makes it virtually useless. I can only extend my arms about 3/4 of the extension before the bar hits the top of the bracket and there just isn't the possibility of trying to cheat up or down on the pad to make it work. I would need to reweld the brackets and repaint the thing. If you're either 5'2 or 6'2 this is probably perfect for you. If you're 5'7" and don't have either T-Rex arms or monkey arms, you'll need a different preacher bench.

First of all, the way this thing was packaged was most impressive, no way this thing could have gotten scratched.Secondly it's plenty sturdy, easy to assemble, able to handle the amount of weight (I've been going up to 85 pounds on my bar) I'm using and could certainly handle more. I'm happy with it and enjoy using it. However I will say that you should assemble it in the room you intend on using it in because it would take some doing getting it through most doorways.
