I recently had a bad fall and with one knee which has been replaced and the other needs doing I found it virtually impossible to get up off the floor onto the bed.I decided to research aids to help me to get off the floor and found this beauty. It’s so easy to use.. just slide onto it , press the button and then slide off onto the chair or bed.Another great use is to lower myself onto floor level then carry out something simple like looking under the bed for something you have dropped, painting the skirting boards or anything that I had to ask people to do for me, I can do safely and get up afterwards.A real game changer… money well spent.

Bought this floor lift because my 88 year old husband falls over a lot and I can't pick him up and there's never anyone around at the time to help. Providing he hasn't broken any bones this chair will be a great help to get him up. I tried it out when it arrived and it works perfectly. It will be great for both of us. Our family are very pleased we found it. It will be a great help even if we have to have carers in the future. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment. We are so pleased with it. Thank you so much.

Bought this as my mother kept falling and I couldn't pick her up. since buying she hasn't fallen once. I have tryed it on other family members and it picks them up so I'm happy I bought it.

Very pleased haven't used but have tried and will do the job

Bought this as my elderly relative was having falls and I wanted an easy way to help them get up from the floor. The occupational team told me I would need to get a large hoist installed so I was looking for less intrusive options. This has been a revelation, it's easy to operate, the seat is flat on the floor so it's easy for him to wiggle onto. Even on days when his legs aren't working it allows him to raise himself to a sitting position and height while he waits for help to transfer to a chair. It can be used in the bathroom but I've only tried in on dry surfaces and I have been very impressed with it. The only downside is that it's a little bit on the heavy side if you're wheeling it across a carpet but it's still manageable.

Buy it, helps so much if you fall. Folds up nicely and doesn't take up much room

We bought this because my 17st partner falls a lot, I cannot lift him anymore because the last time I did it slipped 2 of my discs. The chair raised him up easily to a point where he was able to stand with support and walk to his chair. It was easy to use, definitely value for money safe and I would recommend it to anybody who has family members who have falls.
