Great for toting lots of light, bulky stuff like life vests and deflated innertubes. Not "robust" or thick construction, so don't expect much. It has held up over a few camping trips so I recommend for throwing in the back of a truck.

This is a very large, well-made duffel bag. We got it for my granddaughter to take all her things and clothing to sleepaway camp. It served that purpose well, but when filled it was very heavy to carry! But I am pleased with the purchase.

We bought 3 of these to replace old worn out duffles we had been using for years for camping trips. These are well made, sturdy, and durable. The extra large size is big enough to hold tents and poles, a pair of sleeping bags, and other soft goods we take on these trips such as pillows and towels. We found that the rubberized interiors of our former bags deteriorated over time and left a sticky residue on contents. These are no water proof and hence will not have that problem, while being adequately water resistant. The absence of a shoulder strap is the only negative, but at this price these bags can't be beat. Highly recommend.

I got it for my camping trip so no time to find something different. You can see through the canvas. That is surprising. I guess the real test is how does it do for a 4 day camping trip. If it holds up better then it appears I will change my review and comment that I changed it! So far not worth the money.

I bought this as an additional checked bag as my purchases returning from vacation exceeded my luggage capacity/weight allowance. Upon receipt of the bag, there was a loose zipper pull which I assume must have fallen off the zipper as the "tail" ends of the zipper were not sewn in properly. There was still one zipper pull which functioned properly so I sewed the end of the zipper so as to avoid the remaining pull falling off.Although it felt pretty sturdy, I decided to reinforce it with duct tape both around the bottom and around the bag lengthwise, just to be safe. I also duct taped over the zipper to avoid any potential issues. I forgot to take a photo while full, but from a distance the tape looks like part of the bag :)I filled the bag with approximately 47lbs of items, mostly clothing and items that wouldn't matter if they got crushed/compressed a little. I wouldn't advise using this bag for breakable items or anything valuable in case the bag is damaged and contents spilled, but it was perfect for my needs, lightweight and the price was right as I avoided having to purchase another $150 suitcase.
