I wanted a charging station that had different Amps that were labeled.This one has different power levels, that is different Amps all at 5V. The one delivered to me is different than the one in the picture in a couple of ways.1st, the labeled Amps on the one I received says the 2 slots at the bottom are 1A, and the rest are all 2.4A. I tried to see if this was true by plugging my phone into the different slots to see how much time it calculated to a full charge. I think they are accurately labeled, although differently labeled than the one in the pic. I actually think the one I got is better than the one shown as it has more high Amp slots.2nd, the numbers shown in the ad appear very readable. The one I got is only readable if you look at it close up. It is very hard to read, which is one of the main features I was looking for.The fact that only the bottom 2 are different in the one I got makes the readability less important. But, I would have preferred if it was more readable.I plugged in 4 devices, and they all were charging adequately. So, I think the overall 10A max is correct.Overall, I like the size of this unit and the number of slots. It helps to organize my cables a little, and allows me to have a main place to charge most of my devices. And, it is important that it has 1A slots, as some devices only want you to use 1A charging.

Would not charge my phone no matter what port I plugged in. Changed cords and outlets. Would not work.
