I rescued a 7lb chihuahua mix after hurricane Helene. She does NOT like her nails touched - impossible to trim them. I figured I would give this a shot and it got the job done, surprisingly. I ordered an XS. My husband held the straps nice and snug around her arms and legs so she couldn't wiggle her way out. Worked perfect. Happy trimming!

My cat did not like this. He squirmed around and went crazy until he got out. We were unable to do anything with him in it. It works well just not with my kitty. Good quality and get everything u need. My cat just would not cooperate

My two Chihuahuas were horrible about getting their nails clipped. Vets had no better luck than we did. Got this and it’s so fast and easy. They hold perfectly still. Such a burden lifted , as their dewclaws grew quickly and curled into their pad. Not anymore!!!

The front hangs low to not choke the cat. Love the feature but, my ninja cat can escape because of it. Not very effective

Very well made. Runs a little bit big, was too big for my 7 lb pup and 5lb kitten but neither escaped lol

When the package came I was initially excited as I saw the hammock came with several grooming tools such as a comb, clippers, and file. However, my excitement quickly faded into disappointment when I actually went to use the contraption on my cats. First and foremost, the hooks that come with the hammock are way too small and seem way too flimsy to safely secure my pet onto, if my cats thrashed around I was concerned about the possibility of them falling out. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY this did not fit my cats at all! When reading the listing it said that XS was good for cats but the leg holes were wayyy too small and close to one another to slip my cat into comfortably. Once I barely squeezed one of them in, they easily escaped out of the hammock and after a whole 15 minute fiasco of trying to make this work only to have them slip out in 5 seconds, we were unsuccessful in clipping our cat's nails and the whole ordeal seemed to only traumatize our cats.

Controlled my dog well. She could only move her head which I could control. Able to trim her paw hair and cut her nails quickly. I used the clippers that came with the set and they worked better than the ones I had. This made paw care quick and much less stressful for me and my puppy.

Always a struggle trimming my pets nail. But with the harness I can trim my pets nail with ease. Highly recommended.

We let her feet hit until she got used to it then we raised the bar. It was a game changer.. she was used to me doing her front paws but this was a huge help in getting her hind paws clipped.

I bought this hoping nail trimming of our cat would be easier. With two of us wrangling him in it - amid howling and squirming from cat and lots of laughter from us and a few scratches. He was out of it before we got the first nail done.This is a well made item and I am sure it would be great for a dog but unfortunately for and our cat it was a none starter.Wish we had a video it would have been very amusing.
