The package was intact. The pills are good quality. They are light and easy to swallow… coming from someone who has to have gummy‘s because I cannot stand pills. Zero taste which is good. They do not upset my stomach. As far as the benefits go, I’ll have to update the review in a couple of weeks. I do feel like I have a little bit more energy but other than that I can’t tell anything yet.

Dr Drew Pinsky said this one of the most important supplements one can take. So I decided to give it a go. I only take one capsule but it really increased my energy levels. I sleep better. Overall I just feel better.I take lots of supplements and rarely have I noticed such quick results. I will keep taking this.

I do not usually write product reviews. I have been experiencing severe menopausal symptoms. The Total and Complete lack of energy, along with the constant hot flashes, and my hair has also thinned a little from medication has taken a toll. I have been taking this supplement for about a week now. And now, thank the LORD, I am feeling some improvement. In the gym, I felt like Dead Weight (physically, mentally). But, now, I can get through my spin classes and push out more reps with the weights. So, so far so good. The BATHROOM: TMI: My stool is somewhat different , it's a little harder now than it was before I began taking this supplement. Just keep that in mind. Try to incorporate more FIBER in your food intake. Overall, Good Stuff!!
