So I brewed over the summer in a very warm room, 25=27c brewed quickly but I left it a while in the fermenter, I found it was at 13% but flavour was a little rustic, reminded me of Spanish country wine but I liked it a lot

Very easy to make and tastes pretty good, high alcohol content..around 11.5%-12% so will definitely do the trick. Did not clear as quickly as stated in the instructions but left it for about a week after adding the finings and it cleared just fine eventually.

Bought this as wanted to make rose wine and after I done all the instructions step by step it turns out to be more white wine than it does rose so not happy with this at all as I don’t drink white wine. I have added a picture, please ignore the fact the bottle is an echo falls bottle.

Have bought a few of these. After trying the homebrews in my local shops thought I would try some from Amazon, glad I did. This wine is lovely and tastes better than your £6 a bottle rose wines in the supermarkets. It's really smooth and not dry. Highly recommend it.

very easy first kit...and we brewed 20 years ago ...just started again.,.as long as you steriles and use a heating belt...you cant go wrong...also we have made this kit twice.. add 300 grammes of extra sugar to take the dry-ness out... it should be a rose...and you will love it !

I have purchased the exact same brand four times now, and all my family and friends absolutely love it, the amount of bottles I have given away through popular demand is a testimony in itself.
