Luckily I haven’t had to put this to the test to see if it is fire and water resistant, but it replaced a very heavy fire safe. I love that this is so portable, and could be grabbed in an emergency and carried with us. I ended up buying another one for treasures wedding photos.

Design of this product is very poor. Although the length of the bag is 15’, the zipper opening is very small and doesn’t allow a 14’file into it. I was so disappointed as I was not able to put my files in it.

This bag is spacious and a great place to keep my important documents and keepsakes. The handle and shoulder strap are ideal for "grab and go" in case of an emergency.

I was interested in buying this if most reviews were positive. I scanned through reviews and kept reading things about how the color was beautiful, what a nice flag it was, what a nice calendar it was, how wonderful Sherman's calendars are, etc. The further i clicked, the more I read about Sherman and his wonderful calendars.Just looking for a fireproof bag that people are happy with. Excuse my acronyms, but seriously, WTF?

We wanted something that would protect our documents and electronics from a house fire. After looking around at what was available we decided on this bag. It's light enough to take with us if we need to leave fast but fireproof if it has to be left behind. We like the 2 magnetic snaps on each end of the zipper that helps to keep the flap tightly closed.We were worried that we wouldn't be able to fit legal sized documents in it (13" opening) but found that if the papers are slightly bent then they will fit. The bag isn't completely waterproof but it should survive the amount of water that would come out of a fire hose in the course of the fire being put out.

I'm one of those who keeps important documents in a paper envelope stuck in a drawer. I know where it is, but it has no protection whatsoever from the elements. This bag is the perfect size to hold all my important documents and it's not bulky or hard to use like a fire safe box might be. I like how it expands to the size I need and it fits my legal size papers fromhome home closing. Very happy with my purchase!

Absolutely brilliant!!! I love how it has a double layer of protection at the opening with the zipper and then a full cover over the zipper. The opening is super wide to even put a binder full of important papers. I just had to test it out as soon as I got it and sure enough it didn't burn or melt at all!!!
