These pills works great!!! I had so much swelling in my legs and ankles especially when i’m sitting for too long, but when I started taking these a little over a week ago I haven’t had any swelling and I noticed the swelling going down after about three days. Based on what I saw online, this should’ve been a healthy thing to take, but I took it and got really sick after a couple days:- oral thrush- intensely bodily itching- congestion- itchy eyes for daysIt wasn’t until I missed a few days and the symptoms eased, then went back and took it and everything got even worse.Upon doing research, apparently, this seems to have killed both good and bad bacteria and that’s what caused the sickness. Won’t be using it again
