This definitely works, I normally don’t write reviews, but felt the need to especially for ladies struggling with their PH balance. Be sure to drink plenty of water. I feel like this has so many benefits especially being in peri menopause.

Amazing!
These vaginal probiotics are awesome! It has balanced my PH and Flora, my vaginal smell was never bad but my husband has noticed a difference since I started taking these, and my hormones feel more balanced too. I highly suggest these, they are cheaper than other brand names and work just as well!

Great pre/probiotic for women
Capsules are easy to swallow, and there is no aftertaste. Has improved my gut health, and regulated my pH for my nether region. Price is great, compared to some other name brand women's supplements!

Future Manufacturing Date Raises Red Flags
I was really excited to try this probiotic because of the high CFU count and variety of bacterial strains. However, when I received the bottle, I noticed the MFG (manufacturing) date was listed as 7/3/25 — a future date.This is extremely concerning, especially since there doesn’t seem to be any third-party verification or testing for this product. Supplements are already poorly regulated compared to pharmaceuticals, and this kind of labeling mistake makes me seriously question the product’s quality, authenticity, and safety.Because of this, I do not feel comfortable taking it and would not recommend it to others. I hope the company improves its quality control and labeling standards.

Works for more than just the V. Improves overall gut health and acts very quickly. Don't necessarily need full dose regularly to get benefits.
