I absolutely love this vacuum. I have a regular Hoover that I use for my carpet, but this one is great to get the crumbs etc. from the kitchen floor. It is lightweight and easy to store because it stands on its own. I have not had any problem with the battery, though I've only had it about 6 months and I always keep it plugged in. I love the accessories attached right to the vacuum itself so I don't have to go look for them if I need them. It's easy to convert from the floor beater to the brush or narrow suction accessories. I use it almost every day and love it! I wouldn't do a whole house with it, though--I don't think that's its purpose. It doesn't have the suction of a regular vacuum, though it is enough for cleaning the floor!

I purchased this exact model about 3 years ago. Lots of use, but after 3 years, and it being dropped many times, the old one was still running just fine, so it's durable! But a crack in the dust bin cover from it being dropped many times, and was losing some of the suction through it. No fault of the vacuum itself.Was REALLY pleased to see the model still available, can't say for sure, but it really seems like this new one, even with the same model number, has noticably more suction than the original one I purchased 3 years ago when it was new.As with any similar vacuum, if you run it on max speed, battery life is a lot less. But the slower speed generally has more than enough suction power for almost everything.I had the original battery pack, and had bought a second one as well. The 3 yr old battery packs still hold a decent charge, they never failed, and still seem to have about the same runtime. So being able to get another vacuum that used the same battery packs was great. Now I have 3 packs that I can have charged up to use with it. But I have yet to need to use more than two and be able vacuum everything in the house.

I'm very happy with the vacuum so far. It's only been a month. It's very lightweight. It does not have a high pitched whiny noise. It picks up well on low speed for floors and thin rugs. You might not want this one for thick carpets. It does pick up throw rugs, so be careful. I love the detachable brush. It turns great, especially in the corners. Easy to clean dust bin. It's a little awkward using it as a hand vacuum, but I still like it. I would have given a 5 star but the battery does not last long, especially on high speed. After a 4 hour full charge, I got 15 minutes using high speed only. I got about 25 minutes on low speed, which worked out for what I need.

I love this vacuum! Powerful, quiet and fast charging. Works great for pet fur and cleaning the stairs. I love the convenience of changing the power while using it on different floors and the ease of removing the head for bigger messes. All the accessories are very handy. I really like the head cleaner that came with the vacuum as well.

Great vacuum. It really is durable and it is such a great value for your money. It does charge very fast. I do have a small townhouse and I do not have a lot of carpet, so I only need to charge it after three or four uses. The suction capability is amazing. I would give it ten stars if I could. It has several attachments, that store easily on the vacuum, it is lightweight, and it is easy to maneuver.

I so adore my new toy!! It was easy to assemble. Light weight, easy too clean and has a good battery life. Glad I purchased it.
