Total bench seat is 21 x11. Two little butts could fit on it together. 31 probably includes the arm rests!

what is the length when sofa is pulled out?

The sofa does not have that option.

Is the cover removable and washable?

No. I vaccum and spot clean it with a wet washcloth.

I got it for my 8month old, he’s not 11 months and sits on it all the time.
