Will it fit a 6.2 male 270 lbs

I’m not sure. I bought it for my 5’1, 100 lb daughter and it’s very oversized on her. Comes down to around her knees. It might fit him but it won’t be an oversized fit.

My girlfriend is short at about 5' and also chubby (no body shaming, she's beautiful!). Would this be too long or tight for her?

It might be a bit long, but it will probably fit her and be comfortable overall. It will probably fit similarly to it does in the picture provided. I've bought it for my friends and myself in different colors, and no one has had any issues with sizing despite all of us all having different heights and measurments. Hope this helps.
