DO NOT BUY! Item is poor quality. The initial problem was that the hole to put the sand into the base is simply not big enough and it takes hours to get the sand in. However, after wasting my money on 3 bags of sand, only days later the punchbag fabric split such that it is now unusable (and the punchbag also lists over to one side too!). Contacted the seller and after an initial response thanking me for my email and stating that they would look into it, I received nothing further, despite further efforts to get in touch. The phone number listed in also invalid. This item cost over £100 and is complete rubbish. Thankfully, Amazon were able to intervene and offer a refund themselves.

You have to fill the base with either water or sand. I chose sand but used builders sand - wrong. The hole in the top of the base (which eventually gets covered by the spring arrangement) is a bit small and builders sand is wet so it took ages to fill the base. Use dry sand and it should not be too much of a problem.It would have been useful if the "head" had a more defined head/chin. It is not really possible to uppercut the chin as there isn't one! Aside from that, it is possible to give the thing a satisfying beating. There was a more realistic body shaped free standing bag which I think I would choose in preference to this.

The punchbag itself, is pretty good. However if filled with water, it does leak as the cap for filling the base isn’t great. Fine if it’s outside, not good if it’s inside.The punchbag was advertised as coming with gloves, skipping rope, and a protective cover. It only came with the skipping rope, and the seller did not respond to any of my messages, and it’s too bulky to return.The Amazon listing lists it as a Senshi Japan punch bag, however it actually is an Aasta branded punch bag, which is also very misleading.

Absolutely terrible. My 15 year old son has just been using it for no longer than a month. And it slowly but surely completely fell apart even with ductape to try and patch it up as we went. The worst and biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent on Amazon.

It arrived in 2 packages but with a major issue: the item was wet and dirty. I took the boxing out of the plastic and imediatly smelled bad and was wet with dirty water. I had to clean to the bag to attempt to get the smell of bag. I am dissapointed in that but will give it a chance
