3 yr Shelf-Life!
I got the bright idea to DIY a version of a skin care line I use. The line has a serum that can be used by itself OR mixed with vitamin C powder (sold separately). I ordered vitamin E face oil and this vitamin C powder. All was well until I read the note on the back of the package: "L-Ascorbic Acid form of Vitamin C...will omly dissolve in water-based ingredients." Both DIY recipes on the package use water as the base. So, I'll have to find another way to use the powder.Regardless, I am happy with the order. The package is large, and likely will outlast my DIY skincare phase (it has a shelf life of 3 years). If nothing else, I will just use it as a replacement for my little jar of vitamin C I mentioned above, or learn how to make soap--one of the suggested uses.

I like it
I like this stuff pretty well. I’ve been mixing it with some products that I’ve been using. And the results are nice. Honestly, I don’t know if I’m using it properly or not, but my skin looks good. He actually get quite a bit of value for your money, as either of lots, and lots of uses in this one bag. Also, pretty pleased because it dissolves easily into product.

Very easy to add to boost existing products
I have tried other products by iFEier before such as pearl powder and have been a happy customer so I didn't hesitate to try the vitamin C powder. I poured some in a glass bottle that I covered in aluminum foil so that light doesn't go through it and have been using a small amount and mixing it with hyaluronic acid and applying it to my face and it's sticky at first but it gets smooth after a little time. This gives me glass skin and brightens my skin. I think over time the dark spots will lighten. This is a lot of powder so there's really good value. I have read other reviews and love the idea of using it in a foot bath and I will be adding to my skincare to give it a boost. As long as you mix it with water based products, it should be good to go and if you want to be even more accurate, use a pH strip to check the pH and add baking soda if it's too acidic. I have read that it shouldn't be added to serums with niacinamide so that is something to watch out for.

Pretty strong
Be careful this vitamin C power is very strong, I almost burn my skin, I followed the instructions, made a small batch and applied a very tiny amount just to try it and it made my skin red.To be honest I'm afraid of trying it again

Decent sized vitamin C powder
Nice size vitamin power, comes with small scoop inside. I am not sure the source of the vitamin C actually makes difference, but this one is a decent vitamin C powder for sure. I'm not big fan of DIY vitamin C with ascorbic-acid since it gets oxidized so easily and turning yellow (- not a good sign as a skincare ingredient because this is a sign of ascorbic acid oxidization, and it significantly decreases potency.) Rather, I use this a gentle vitamin C scrub with my enzyme powder and it works wonders. It lowers pH to nice level and makes skin much more less irritated when you combine it with high pH cleansers. Lovely product with good price. Recommended!
