Are they 3.5 in and are they plastic

Pretty sure the tallest bear figure is 3.5 inches (without digging them out of the toy box) however the other figures are smaller as they are in size ratio to bear (so mashed is shorter). They are indeed plastic. Some are quite weightly though. We were very happy with the purchase.
