A2 OAK PHOTO PICTURE POSTER FRAME PREMIUM QUALITY

Just what I wanted. True to size, and because the “glass” is plastic, it kept the whole thing lightweight, so i didn’t have to go mad with the wall fittings. There is a plastic film on either side of the “glass” but to be honest i have left mine on because i didn’t really want the high shine, and it still looks great with my poster in. I think this is lightweight enough that you could hang it on one of those command no-damage hooks, a bigger one, but the frame sits close to the wall of course, so you might have to use a string and have the hook showing, or the frame would hang sticking out otherwise. There is also a small overhang of frame, so you could just ledge a nail on that without messing with hanging kits if you wanted. Would love to see them in more colours, because a grey would be good, but i suppose nothing apart from laziness is stopping me buying a white one and painting it. Short story is, that for less than £20 I am well chuffed with it and would deffo buy again

I have an obsession with buying screen prints. Rarely do they end up on a wall though. We needed to change that, and some frames made by a local company were going to cost circa £110 each so I got 3 of these as they were inexpensive enough to not worry about if they turned out to be a stop gap.Happy to say they look the business, easy to fit and hang, and I think they’ll last some time without changing prints.You do get what you pay for, they’re a bit flimsy (not relevant when they’re on a wall) and I don’t think they’d take repeated assembly/disassembly well with the bending of those little metal tabs to hold the backboard k . You also don’t get a mount/backer so I put in my own to protect the print from the board and hanging clips.On those, the hanging clips are a little strange. They hook over the top of the backboard essentially meaning you’re hanging from the top of the frame.I’ll be getting some more, they’re great value for money.

The black and white, in particular, look great.The joinery on the corners isn't high spec, however, you're only going to spot that on the rearside - which of course won't be facing outwards. I'll probably be ordering more.

I have given a 3 star because one of the frames was not new! The perspex on one of them had small scratches all over it. I didn't notice untill I had opened it. I only kept it as the scratches are not visible with the picture in the frame
