I bought this out of desperation. Needed something to make it easier to pass BM while having hemorrhoids and this helped a lot! Even my younger sister loves it and we share this so we dont dread going to the bathroom anymore. Fiber plus water is a perfect combination for softer BM.

These are amazing. I've never felt better. Since adding this to my daily routine, I feel more energized - weird huh. I assumed it was because my digestion was better and i was 'regular'. However, I investigated further and read about Chicory and its benefits - OMG, who knew so many liver benefits! and it helps with the vascular wall strength - always a concern when on blood thinners. . my new best friend :-)Though i dislike gummy supplements, these gummies are not too sweet and have a mild taste to them - like the old fashioned gummies we used to get at the movie theater. I've taken fiber and inulin before and i wasnt impressed but these are great - they work! and the Hemorrhoid just calmed down. Don't do the full daily dose at once, not terrible but your stomach will grumble. these are a winner in my book.
