I was so scared I’m not gonna get the specification listed or I do get one but the item isn’t new, or that I will never receive it, because of the low price. When I was searching and reading reviews both of products and sellers, these are the common cases I’ve read. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case for me. It got delivered pretty quickly, same as the stated expected delivery date. It was in perfect condition, and all the specification listed is correct. I only have it for less than a month but so far so good, no problem at all. The only thing is the Microsoft surface pen isn’t really the Microsoft brand surface pen, but a stylus pen that you can use for Microsoft surface tablets. Its okay and works well, so that’s fine with me, plus they make it up by including a surprise freebie (not listed in the description) which is a fingerprint logger. Really appreciate it. Overall, happy with this purchase!

like it a lot so far but only had it for less then a week and I love the light up keyboard!! I had bought a less expensive one but I could hardly see the keyboard especially at night. The screen is very nice and clear also and it seems to hold a charge well.Update. Taking away one star due to the fact that the fingerprint reader is a separate item. Dont care for that. My son has an envy and the reader is built into the laptop and i was expecting that . Bummerupdate: I was checking about how to add the fingerprint reader and I saw that it has face ID! so I followed the directions and viaola, it worked. Love that except since I added it, it doesn't always work..bummer.. must have to do with the lighting, so then I use the pin. (so should it be 4 or 5 stars? not sure hahaupdate still love it but it does not hold a charge as long as I previously thought. bummer

Very vast computer.

This was worth the price. I wanted a laptop but also a tablet but all tablets aren't big enough. This is a sturdy laptop, not flimsy like some 2 in 1 laptops are. The graphics are excellent. The storage isn't as much as would have wanted but I chose superior graphics over storage. But thats only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5.

I REALLY needed an upgrade after still having my old laptop since early high school (And I'm in college now). After getting this it was everything I ever wanted, all in one baby!The only reason, and this is the ONLY reason I'm not giving it a five star, it's because I had to deal with THE WORST delivery guy on the planet! I'll never trust UPS again, whoever was in charge of that delivery should be fired.
